Parent accounts and household kits

Family AI Lab accounts are for parents and guardians. The new purchase flow does not ask for children’s names or ages. Kits are household materials; names may be written on the printed copy. An adult operates third-party AI tools.

Information used to provide the service

Account information includes the adult’s email, authentication identifier and optional name. Subscription and delivery records include payment-provider customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, kit choices and received kits. Stripe handles card entry; the application does not store full card numbers.

Delivery notifications use the adult’s email address and retain the message content, send attempts and provider receipt identifier. Hosting and authentication services may process technical connection, security and usage information. A final cookie, logging and provider review is required before launch.

Earlier child profiles

The earlier prototype allowed a parent to enter children’s first names, optional ages and checkbox colors. Those existing records have not been automatically deleted. New purchases and new email notifications do not need them. Downloads now serve generic household PDFs and do not read those records.

Service providers

The application integrates Clerk for authentication, Stripe for billing, Resend for delivery notifications, and database and hosting services. The final notice must identify the deployed services and describe their actual processing. We do not sell or advertise through the current application.

Requests and retention

There is no self-service account deletion feature in this release candidate. The owner must establish a verified support contact, request process and retention schedule, including backup and payment-record handling, before launch. Do not rely on this draft as a completed deletion policy.

Legal operator name, address and monitored privacy contact are pending owner confirmation.
